Young Artists ages 10-18 are invited to join the Bookmobile at Seed Lab for a beginners printmaking class. Screen printing is a process that involves using a stencil on fabric allowing ink that is wiped across the screen to selectively pass through to a printing surface like paper or fabric. It is a common method for creating t-shirts and other textile designs. Learn to create silkscreens with hand painted designs and print your designs on paper and fabric. Materials provided, artists take home their work. Registration required, space is limited. Pay what you can.
